Background: User's supervisor calling in about user's case. We cannot under any circumstances discuss one iota of a case with anyone but the user.

We also have been dealing with 5 failed software upgrades PLUS the worm and virus from last week.

Him: Give me information on (user)
Me: Can't discuss it. Sorry.
Him: WHAT'S YOUR NAME?
Me: Told him.
Him: GIVE ME YOUR SUPERVISOR!
Me: She's busy. I'll give her a message.
Him: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. MY USER CANNOT TRANSMIT DATA ON HER COMPUTER
Me: Yes sir. Neither can the entire company.
Him: ...oh.
Me: I'll deliver the message.
Him: *click*
