As a bit of Background: I work for a telelcomm company in western canada and we get internet and phone related problems.

ok.. work is well kinda busy.. canadian idol is causeing a bunch of issues all over the place.. namely Kamloops.. these people are all rude and scarey and then you tell them what is causing the problem and they perk right up and talk about whatshername.
Aeveryone was complaining about no DSL/no dial tone and it was just because the circuits were all over-run with the huge call volume.

Auth by TL: reagrding Kamloops and Canadain idol will resolve. My resolution Status for like the last 3 hours.

I should of explained in the post.. that I work for a telecommunications company in western Canada. We get calls regarding ADSL problems and phone repair issues. Beucase of Canadaian idol last nite, we were getting a large number of stupid calls for no internet/no dial tone.
