We've been understaffed for a very long time, and our wait times have admittedly been bad. Customers complained non-stop. Now, for the first time in ages, we're up to full numbers and the wait times have vanished. Outside peak times, customers can call in and get an answer immediately.
You'd think they'd stop complaining, wouldn't you? But no -- they complain about how long they had to wait last time they called.
I can't win.
