outlookext.dll error

So I have this problem on my computer. Whenever I open up Outlook (Office XP version), i get an error that says:

"The add-in 'F:\Program Files\NDG Software\NBAgent\Bin\outlookext.dll' could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load 'F:\Program Files\NDG Software\NBAgent\Bi...'. You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file."

Key note: The program "NBAgent" is uninstalled from my system.

Well, I used "Detect and Repair" as suggested. Didn't work. I removed all references to "NBAgent" from my hard drive, and from my registry. Still didn't work. Short of re-installing office, does anybody else have any suggestions to get rid of this damn error!?

I mean, Outlook works fine.... The error just bugs me.... :-P

Yeah i see myself re-installing Office before i do that...
