Tech Support HELL

Most of the people in this guy's situation aren't able to change their passwords if I flagged the account to auto-change. Sometimes I bother to walk them through everything but an eleven minute wait in the email queue? Dip is lucky I helped him at all.

Besides, I felt like making him feel stupid. :) He's one of the ones for whom I'd have set his password to "wednesday" if he'd asked me to choose, just to hear him struggle.

Well, mostly lack of brainpower, but most of the people in his sitch use the password for a particular website that just won't let you login at all if that "reset on next login" thing is flagged on your account. It doesn't have the ability to let people change their passwords there.

How about the full chemical term for one of the more complex organic molecules? They've usually got a stupendous amount of repetition in them, making them not only tedious to type and prone to typos, but hard to remember as well.
