I would so love to put in every work log I do, my thoughts about the clients, their comments and the things that really go on on the phone calls. I just don't know how some of these people have survived long enough in this world to become adults being THIS stupid!

Back in the bad old days when I used to work for a Video Rental Company that was soon bought out by Blockbuster, we had just that on our computers. It would look something like:

Comments on Customer:
Mr. Wanker likes to jerk off in the adult room and becomes extremely beligerent when caught.
Mr. Wanker also dislikes paying late fees and will argue with you about them when confronted.

I loved it. It was hard, though, not to snicker at some of the comments that would come up on my screen when they're standing right there.

I have vented at length about some of the numbnuts we support. I swear thay have illustrated directions on their walls that show them how to dress themselves in the morning.

And here's another truly scary thought: They have drivers licenses and company issued vehicles. That's right...they're on the same roads you and I are on...

I really would like to slap the idiot around who decided, "Hey, let's give the average joe the ability to read their tickets..." and if they don't like what they read, to complain about it to anyone who will listen.

And thus we enter completely useless tickets because we can't even allude to the id10t doing something outside the boundaries of allowed usage. God forbid should we hurt their feelings.
