SIR! you have our internet. good for you! but you also have a router! no worries so far... I've a router myself, it's also wireless, and I quite enjoy it!
The problem is that just because you have a router connected to the network, doesn't mean that the router is our problem. And you computer savvy shows through so strongly when you dispute this by saying things like:
- well my one computer has been offline for three weeks! It's obviously your problem!
- my computer doesn't go online! my computer doesn't work! You have to credit me for that!
The connection is fine. your one computer still goes online. your antennae on your wireless router has been snapped off. please call linksys. I'm sure they'll be far more amused than even I am.
No. I'm not going to credit your account for 3 weeks of no service. why? because you have service! connect direct and have a blast! what? you refuse because I can just make it work? sorry, fresh out of miracles.
Demanding my manager was just la creme de la creme. really it was! especially when I later saw their notes that they told you the same thing. You again threatened to go to someone else, and got shot down again! haha! your wife doesn't want you to have authorization on the account. I'm guessing she's smarter than you are. I like how when they asked for your wife you hung up on the manager. good luck getting anyone to help you now.
