Customer, unaware of our internal structure, sends attachment to wrong department.

Helpful monkey in wrong department forwards email to me, but drops the attachment in the process.

I email customer. Would he mind terribly firing another copy directly to me?

Sure, replies the customer. What's your email address?

I blink. I put message off to the side, answer a few other emails, get a cup of tea.

Another email from the customer arrives, with the attachment, and no comment.

Thank you, customer. Work will now ensue.

I'm curently sitting in my office, lights turned down low, door locked, because to two most evil people at in the building. both trainers. THose two have generated about 90% of my work this week, and I don't have any hi-power rifles to remove them with...
