Me: Unplug the power cord.
Her: Is that the one for the electricity?

Oy..

Whilst typing this she has just come back on to the phone and told me that "everything has gone off now". The fool unplugged the computer power instead of the router.

Oy oy..

My God that is one of my biggest pet peeves! You can't tell a power cord from a cable or ethernet or telephone cord?! WTF? You can at least see that the other three cables are a cable or telephone or ethernet so you can then conclude that the black one is a power cord! But no! You unplug the telephone one and our conversation drops! (I work with people who have digital phone)

Or when unplugging the power cord is "too technical" for them; my god lady! It is just like unplugging a fucking hair blow drier or iron! You do know how to do that don't you?!
