A New Resolution

Not a luser problem, but an amusing story to share.

I've got a user who is getting "disk error" every time they boot their laptop. Nothing to do for this poor soul except order a new laptop. So I take the ticket to [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] to actually place the order. He looks at the trouble ticket I wrote up and goes "Ooops!" loud enough for the whole desk to hear (not at my write-up, but at the problem). He then snarks, "Is there a resolution that says 'Sucks to be you'?"

I swear upon all that I hold dear that before I leave this desk, there WILL be a resolution in the system that states simply, "User Is Fucked."

There needs to also be one that says "User is an asshat."

I would apply that resolution to EVERY CASE.
