techrecoveryA user called me today. He had a 169 ip address in Windows XP.
I decided to take him to Netsh then have him run the dump command.
He made it to the netsh command no problem.
I asked the customer to type in dump...
He reads me this:
The following command was not found: dumb.
Hmm, well...are you sure it wasn't found? I think I'm facing some dumb right now.
These customers some days. Lol.
