Caller: "Where are my files that I asked to be moved to my new office?"
Me: "Have you looked in the location you specified them to be moved to?"
Caller: "No."
Me: *grinding of teeth* "Could. You. Look?"
Caller: "Oh, there they are."
Me: "Yes."
Caller: "And where's my archive that I asked to be moved?"
Me: "The archive that we asked you to provide the current location of last week so that we could move it?"
Caller: "It's on the shared drive on $server."
Me: "Yes, we know that. We asked you WHERE on that drive it was located, given that several hundred people have been turning it into a cross between a rabbit warren and the lower pits of hell for the past several years."
Caller: "Oh, so I should go find that out?"
Me: *spitting tooth enamel* "Yes. That would be good."
