Dear person of unknown gender (I hate those calls to begin with, just because I Have to use your damn name twice in the call and I'm not allowed to use first names. ),

PLEASE do not yell "hello?!?!!" into the phone just because I've momentarily muted so you can't hear me say/think all the bad names that are going through my head at your stupidity.
