heletech = teletech. A then based Burbank California company that did teir 1 & 1.5 (they didn't want to pay us more) tech support for at&t (the death star).

I prefer "fan boy". But this gripe is very Windows specific. An Apple tech would never have to complain about a right-click. Only PC techs that have to deal with the 50+ crowd are painfully familiar with that... hence me calling them idiots.
