Date: 2003-04-02 10:36 am (UTC)wish i could say the same about my own workplace ... unfortunately, the managers grill the techs on call time more than call quality, we do tech support for a huge variety of different platform, training is too quick and undetailed ... etc ...
and like all good dilbertien companies, if we have a tool that works and never crashes, they replace it ;)
