I work at a web cafe (trust me, seeing people face to face does NOT make the questions get any smarter. It's just scary) where my troubleshooting includes lots of things I don't necessarily know anything about, like this poor guy's mp3 player he just bought. He saw the iPods and didn't think 1.8G was big, so why not just get this 256 thing - it has a radio on it! I'm not sure what he was trying to upload, but he was saying he couldn't fit a song onto it. Heh.

Yeah, that's kinda why you do some research before you go shopping, or at least ask the sales guy a million questions.

You should put up a sign - "Pertinent support questions - Free. Everything else - $20 per question."
