I troubleshoot SBC DSL, so you constantly get people with normal phoneline problems.
Now after the customer insisted the NAME on the account was "518" two times...
"Yeah, I got a question for y'all....Why my shit sound all fucked up?"
"...um.."
"yeah, I got this buzzin and shit."
"You need to contact your phone company, sir. Just dial 611."
And it wouldn't surprise me much if before hitting the release button, I heard 3 button beeps.
