Dear Sir

I have a connection problem I can dial in to an ISP I have in a/c with still, but unable to connect to (ISP)! I get the error message invalid password and/or user name. But Password and user name definely is coccetly enterted.

I guess irony can be pretty ironic sometimes, Jim.
