I do graveyard shift, and my main job is to answer all the emails that come in. One amazingly rude guy DEMANDED we call him immediately upon getting his email.

It was 4 in the morning, how tempted was I? :)

It actually happened a few days ago. J brought me an Outlook case that reminded me of it.

Remember the ongoing issue we're having, with the timeouts and "page cannot be displayed" errors with a particular web-based app?

A user told me that we should be sending out emails to the FSF as a whole whenever there are network issues, *including the email servers*.

Or they, too, work graveyard shift and are SSHed into their home server so they can browse while at work, since their job consists of sitting on their asses for eight hours twiddling their thumbs while a firewall blocks the interesting websites.
