techrecoveryI like it when IT people call in. I like it when we find out after 20 mins of ts'ing a seperate slow throughput issue that their original problem was caused by a craptastic self-crimped ethernet cable. I like it when, after doing everything meticulously I send them away with the proper answer.
But sometimes I just really wish I could type "OMGWTF P4C0 0WNZ0R J00 N00B B1Z|\|4TC|-| L0LL3RC0PT3R!!!!!!11111!!!ONE!" in my remedy notes.
