Ah, support email from ISP customers. Like a preschool's enthusiastic crayon scribbling, only less literate and articulate.

Example the first

i cant get emails the program

.,must be set up something

The bomb?

Example the second

Please send $19.95 to my account.

Certainly, if you'll just pay my $50.00 + tax administrative fee.

Example the third

i thought i made it clear the first timet hat i DO NOT WANT TO READ ANYTHING can't you just sort it out

I have a magic wand, but all it does is make doughnuts. Would a doughnut make it better?

Yeah, dude, it's funny at first... then it becomes pure pain.

Choose a better career path. Haha.

Speaking as someone in second and third level support, I think everyone should have to put in a year at the helpdesk. It teaches you to be a whole lot more helpful to level 1

Yeah. I'm still on the helpdesk after getting close to 5 years, but the problem is.. I'm damn good at it. At least they're having me do operations stuff, too.

My company is fond of hiring people to the helpdesk then promoting them up, though, since they figure it gives a good solid sense of the company. The PC techs call me asking me random question all the time... and I have a lot more network access than they do.

I do support email at work, also for an isp.
