techrecoveryYesterday one of the electrical panels ate itself. While they were trying to fix it two things happened:
1) Staff got an email from facilities saying "If you have lost power please email me" With no instructions on how to send email without power
2) The upper half of the building lost network totally. The hub rooms dropped due to power loss. No offices up there, just the hubs. One single Person called. Noone else noticed. I mean, what were they DOING up there?
