Hello. I work at a call center and I do Notebook support so I thought this would be a good community to join. I had a pretty bad call today, Anything to do with trying to connect people to the internet I cant stand. I gave my 2 weeks notice today, That felt pretty good. Does anyone else here work for Stream International? I hate working there.

Gah, I used to work there, when they actually paid somewhat decently and offered schedules and hours that were decent. Not that I enjoyed it. It was still the most micromanaged place I've ever seen in my life, even before it started going to shit.
I couldn't imagine working there now.
But I'm just comparing this to shit I've heard.
For example some new policies they've put into place, their pay has dropped considerably, their attendance policy and insurance benefits are attrocious.

But, that's where I started and I couldn't have made it where I did without first working there. So I guess it's a good place to pay your dues.

Yeah stream is pretty bad, I cant stand that place. Where was the stream that you worked at? The once I work at is in British Columbia and is fairly new.
