Does anyone know of any documented cases of a tech's head
imploding due to user stupidity? I am trying to compile a list of occupational
hazards for health insurance. And after my last user interaction I felt some
major pressure in my head. While we're at what are some of the other hazards
(metacarpal, induced psychosis, bleeding knuckles,Tourette Syndrome, etc.)?

high blood pressure, spontaneous severe pain to the head, flying objects (at least, if you sit near me...I throw thigns), strain on vocal cords, alcoholism, general addiction issues, all the lovely er, side effects of massive ammounts of stress

Hmmm...

Let's see - there's increased tendency toward temporo-mandibular ailments (from clenching the jaws to stop yourself from yelling at one of the users); concussion (from hitting desk with head repeatedly); chronic depression (from the repeated confirmation of all previous assumptions about human stupidity). Those are just the ones I've had so far.
