Ok, I do internal support for a 1000 person company. Professionals, aka lawyers or bankers, that kind of firm.

Today I get this call, and I'm trying to help her through her problem.
Her cell rings. she doesn't even say "excuse me a sec" or anything. Just picks up her cell while I'm in the middle of explaining something to her, and starts gabbing away at her friend about what they're going to do for lunch.

after about 30 seconds, I hung up on her.

She called back and got me again, and was a little more polite the second time around. *shock*

That was a great thing to do... they may be a janitor, you shouldnt have to put up with that kind of disrespect
