I'd like to take a moment and commiserate with many (25%) of my other fellow techs that are getting "streamlined" in the next two months.

No, TRON is not going away at this time. They were moved out of "tech support" for budget reasons a few months ago, got moved into customer service, and then got moved into something else (forget what at the moment). So they're not getting cut.

But it's only a matter of time.
