says she needs a new modem and she wanted to know if that was a hardware or software issue.
Told her that would be hardware. She sounded surprised. That was all she needed.
***additional note. she also said "oh, that means it is covered under warrenty"
When I got this call I couldn't help but think that maybe I am getting to help one
of my fellow lj'ers. I know there are at least a few of you who work for companies
that have different numbers and different technicians for software and hardware.
Here is one caller that will be calling the right number :) yay!
