from some customer emails i've gotten this week:

I can pass the script as a URL and it
processes, but it isn't accepting values in the survey
response.

What are the foo and bar and other and more variables?
How do I just get it to take username and e-mail?

and:

do I need to save the images as html or can I leave them as jpeg files?

as before, my biggest gripe is that these people have jobs that place them in front of computers. i'm sure we all know people that are unemployed that are more qualified to fill these positions.
