Funny. But just to make things funnier their forum is accessible only from their own IP range.

Well, theoretically you can call the office but if anyone goes wrong then they are going to have about 300 people calling the same number at the same time. Plus they accept calls only until 19PM and that's a bit early for me to get home and online.

Just one of few home-LAN ISPs in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

That would be far too simple for them.

Their forums are accesible only from their own IP subsets. Which means they are available from the Internet ONLY if you are connected via their network. So the only thing left is to contact them from someone also using their service.

Also fewer support requests are a sign of good service.
