I use affordablehost.com, they're awesome affordable for me. (I got a good special deal through them.) Talk to their sales person, they're usually flexible.
oh. heh. so they are. I have the 1.5 Mbps (full T1) plan, but I'm sure as hell not paying $239/mo for it. It was a special they posted on the webhostingtalk.com forums about 6-8 months ago. (I'm not allowed to tell you what I'm paying, but suffice it to say it's far, FAR less than $239.) ^_^
I tell you what we were paying before. For a t1 with 1 ip no restrictions on usage we paid $50 (canadian). which as the dollar is now, works out to near $40usd.
Take a look at managed.com if you want. I got a server there and it seems to be ticking over alright. 69 bucks and it does what it says on the tin.. cheaply ;)
