life sucks the world round, and life in india sucks more than life in the US all things considered
I have no antipathy for the guys working the phones, they're just doing the same shit we are, trying to get by and dealing with the clueless morons on the other end of the line (and having to remember to talk funny).
Personally I think the best thing for everyone involved is for indian call centers to begin unionizing, cause you know as lousey as the working conditions here can be they have to be that much worse there.
