sometimes i feel for my coworkers... im listeing to one right now explaining that what she is doing is called a troubleshooting process, try the first thing, then move down the list until something works...


im just kind of stunned by this sort of thing... just when i think people have a terminal level of stupidty ia ma proven wrong yet again...

I once had a caller complaining about a flashing bar at the end of the command we were entering. It took me a few moments to clue in that this was the cursor.
