Apr. 23rd, 2001 01:48 amToday work was good, a corworker let me rebuild a customer in Naviscore, which is like the one application everyone at this job dreams they had access to. Just like everyone wanted redback access at Flashcom. It was actually disappointingly easy to use, but thats what the level 2 guys gets payed the big bucks for.
Anyway was an interesting call customer complaining of packet loss and slow speeds, turned out he was a platinum customer, and their was only one T1 line running to his DSLAM. so his account pretty much could take up the whole T1 line not to mention the 40 or so other customers connected to the DSLAM, all fighting over one little T1 So we ordered another T1 from the PCC. That was a first. And in tech, anything that is a first is fun.
