Oh god, the eternal WHY of the feeble minded..

This one always throws me for a loop.. Every time someone asks WHY the damn modem needs to be reset every two weeks I'm shaken to the core by a weird existentialist rage..

"Why?! WHY?!? Why ANYTHING man?! I mean WHY am I here stepping you through a process for which you have explicit written instructions, including diagrams? WHY do you not learn to do this button pushing yourself and save the trouble of calling and waiting 20 minutes every time it happens? WHY a goddamn duck? WHY ARE YOU STILL ON THE PHONE, IT WORKS NOW!"
