Here's a good'un. When I was off sick last year, two of my colleagues installed a new printer for one of the school PAs, so she should have two. The original one hasn't worked since. She told me about it last week, so I added it to my list of things to do when I had a spare hour or two. I've just been up to look at it. It's amazing what a difference plugging the USB cable into the printer makes.... Apparently, my direct boss spent hours trying to work out what the problem was!
