techrecoveryOK I need some geek help here. I'm at a loss. I'm running 98se and have IE 6.0 Sp1 installed. About a week ago, the browser stopped opening additional windows either from popups or doing a right-click, open in new browser. I've tried running a windows update and getting the latest security updates, etc, restored the defaults, but have had no luck. Short of uninstalling it and reinstalling, I've tried everything I can think of. Anybody have any suggestions?
