What I really wanted to say:

"If you find yourself with so little to do that you are tracking the difference in seconds between clicking the delete key and right clicking to delete an email, I'm sorry, you must not have enough to do, Ms. High Maintenance Manager!"

But, of course, I showed some restraint and said I'd check to see if there were any known issues on the Novell website.
