Atrocious..
Jan. 9th, 2005 10:25 amI thought Netscape offering dial-up internet service was good.
Until I had to call on behalf of one of their customers. Oh no...it's not that their technical support department is outsourced. Their entire bloody IVR CALL ROUTING PROGRAM is outsourced. That's right. Press 1, Press 2, etc, in a thick Indian accent.
Le sigh, I feel a migraine coming on.
And this comes after having to contact Microsoft when they told a customer that I, as a representative of a major OEM computer manufacturer, had to activate his Office 2003 Basic Edition.
Uhm, No. </3 calling and having to escalate on Microsoft's outsourced techbots.
