Do you really need to call technical support to ask whether or not you should accept the license agreement at the beginning of the software install? If you want to install the program, choose yes. If not, don't call me.

Just like they should not call me when it says "Press OK to continue". Company policy prevents me from telling the caller what they should really do, but come on, give me a break.

I once had a lady wait 1 hour before she called me to find out what to do.

Or the ones who actually read the Terms of Service for their high speed internet and want a hard copy sent to them in the mail so their lawyer can look it over before clicking "I agree."
