techrecovery... even at REALLY odd hours.
Friend of mine wrote to me about a reoccuring problem he's been having .. so as any good and way too nice friend I quickly researched the problem and returned with the result, and ... well ... its just wrong.
Apperantly Mac has an open problem with DHCP. If you are on a later macOS and your renewel time for DHCP is greater then an hour, the OS never sends the DHCP RENEW packet.
