Me too. I ask people to turn off their computer (or ask if it's on) and they tell me "I don't have a computer. I have a tv, a keyboard, and a modem". Once I actually had a customer say "Key-board? I don't have any "keys" on this thing!"

"See those little button thingies? Those are keys."
