So, if you have installed Service Pack 2, there is a gotcha that will cause a program to not work anymore, typically due to the fact that when you install the program, two files won't register: cstext32.ocx, and cscmd32.ocx.

This company wants to CHARGE YOU MONEY to fix this problem (which is really simple: get newer versions of the two files in question.)

This is stupid. I mean, You could do a google search, which will eventually get you to a spot where you can download the two files free of charge, and the executable will even offers to unzip them to the c:\windows\system32 directory for you, which is where XP lives on a default install.

You do still have to register them, I think, but that as simple as typing in regsvr32 CSText32.ocx and regsvr32 CSCmd32.ocx.

Amazing what some companies will do for money. ::shakes head sadly::
