Dear customer,

I understand that you are running low on your server space, and I am real sorry about that; but that isn't something we can fix immediatly and should have been done nine months ago when we mentioned upgrades. Now I understand this need for space is crashing your Exchange and you need to make space. I also understand that you think log files are just text files. But please, please don't go around deleting log files in your Exchange directory and then complaining that you fixed it but it won't work.

That's, um, no good .. Hopefully they have backups, or I foresee a long day for one of my coworkers (http://www.microsoft.com/exchange) doing a disaster recovery. (I'm off tonight, so it won't be meeeeeee!)
