I understand that you are new to The Company, and are apparently unclear as to how the Store Support department works. I'll give you some advice.
When calling, do not tell the technician on the line that the person who helped you last on this issue didn't seem to know what they were doing. Why? Simple. That technician is looking at that case, because he remembers talking to you about this issue last week. You know, when it mysteriously fixed itself and was working fine according to you?
You apparently did this twice. In one day.
The other technician you said that to also remembered talking to you previously on that issue where, in fact, she knew exactly what needed to be done and got right on that for you. That's why there was a technician in your store when you called back.
There are approximately 16 people who take calls regularly in Store Support. Guess what? We all talk. And the two you opted to be a world class moron to sit right next to the supervisor. Guess what? She talks, too.
There is a reason why you are not in tech support.
