1), until you pay your bill, it's US that is losing money assmunch
2)oh? you're doing business on our service that is explicity noted to be for entertainment use? "Well in that case, i'd be glad to transfer you to our sales department who would be more than glad to upgrade you to the superior service and performance of our business class service"... snicker
