that was my soul... See, I work for an online website, we do techsupport for outside clients only. So all we get all day is pop up blocker and firewall/router issues from people who "set up their own home network"

One of the main things is that AOL does not work with well, any website, it is just pure crap. Everytime I have to ask someone to Minimize AOL and open the "big blue E" it burns a little. And not just because of the fact that they have AOL, but because I know what is next, the ringing of many pop up windows like a seranade of virtual memory death to a Win 98 user. *shudder*
