techrecoverySomebody, somewhere, decided that all the users in the retail domain needed to be more secure with their passwords.
So they changed something and, well, now many people are locked out.
Lets seeee... 600ish retail stores... 5-10 users per store....

Date: 2004-09-23 10:01 am (UTC)Personally, I'm of the mind that someone should get fired - but when they had to go back through all of the users and find the ones who were left locked out and then fix each and every one of them; well, I'm hoping they will learn from their arrogance.
..and yet - I feel sudden blinding pressure behind my left eyeball - hrmmmm....
