Dear User,

Thanks for the e-mail you sent me on Saturday informing me that you were having problems and had difficulty working. I'm sorry that I didn't respond sooner -- I really need to do something about this attittude that I have that working 10-11 hour days entitle me to have Saturdays off. I also apologize for the fact that my ESP, that will tell me which PC you are using, is not working. And my magic wand, which will enable me to remotely un-install the adware and spyware that is most likely the cause of your problem, is broken too.

By the way, as you're sitting there, fuming over my lack of response to your problem, please consider moving to any of the 10 PC's surrounding you. They are all configured the same.
