Email received from customer. We are not her ISP. That is not our ticket #. I recognize the ticket # she refers to from a system we abandoned long, long, long ago. Please note, that all we provide to this customer is an email address and a messaging system. The email address we provide only has a 15M capacity. (she sent the email to us using Mozilla)

"This is in reference to ticket #091404-3210. I have not received the updated version of Microsoft Internet Explorer that was to come to the following e-mail address [customer info deleted] . If you would please e-mail that to me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it."

Not that you should be helping any customers which aren't yours... but fyi, microsoft's download for Internet Eplorer (ie6setup.exe I believe) is a mere 720KB. It's the installer alone and downloads the rest from an active Internet connection. Perfect size for sending in an e-mail.

Having said that. Isn't it taboo to still be using Internet Explorer (http://www.aarp.org/computers-news/Articles/a2004-07-12-explorerunsafe.html) at this point? :)
