Sep. 15th, 2004 08:22 pmEmail received from customer. We are not her ISP. That is not our ticket #. I recognize the ticket # she refers to from a system we abandoned long, long, long ago. Please note, that all we provide to this customer is an email address and a messaging system. The email address we provide only has a 15M capacity. (she sent the email to us using Mozilla)
"This is in reference to ticket #091404-3210. I have not received the updated version of Microsoft Internet Explorer that was to come to the following e-mail address [customer info deleted] . If you would please e-mail that to me as soon as possible, I would greatly appreciate it."
