Me: Thank you for calling My Company. Are you calling about the outage? (note: there's a message on the phone triage saying we are experiencing technical difficulties at this time)
Caller: No, I'm calling because I can't log in.

Date: 2004-09-01 08:54 am (UTC)It's funny.. Out cable company had that message the other day when we were running the self-install kit for the cable modem at my brothers, yet the cable modem network was fine (was pulling down an IP and everything) I just called them because I couldn't get the registration software to work which unfortunately they make you run around here. I liked it so much better when everything was pre-registered and all I had to do was plug-in and go.
